Acceptable Use Policy

This policy covers what may and may not be published on a site we host for you.

You may not use the service to

• Publish anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Misrepresent your business, your licences, your certifications or your insurance.
• Impersonate another business or person, or pass off their brand as your own.
• Publish content that is defamatory, harassing, or that attacks a protected group.
• Sell goods or services that are illegal, or that our payment processor prohibits.
• Attack the service itself, including attempts to test cards, scrape at scale, or circumvent access controls.

Trades and licensing

Many of the trades we serve are licensed. If your site states a licence number, a certification or an insurance status, it must be accurate and current. We may ask for evidence and may remove a claim we cannot verify.

What we do about breaches

We will usually contact you first and give you a chance to fix it. For serious or repeated breaches, or where the law requires it, we may remove content or end the account without notice.

Reporting

To report a site we host, write to support@buffup.ai with the address of the page and what is wrong. We investigate every report.
