Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you’re charged, how to stop being charged, and when we refund. It is written to be read once and understood.

The free trial

Every new subscription starts with seven (7) days free. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are never charged anything.

What happens after the trial

At the end of the seventh day the subscription renews automatically at $49.00 USD per month, and continues to renew monthly until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel in either of these ways:

• From the site itself, using the cancel link on your account.
• By emailing support@buffup.ai.

We don't require a reason, a phone call you didn't want to make, or a retention conversation. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your site stays yours until the end of the period you have paid for; after that it returns to being a sample, and everything you changed stays saved in your account in case you come back.

Refunds

• Within the trial: nothing to refund, because nothing was charged.
• First charge after the trial: if you cancel within 14 days of the first charge, we refund that charge in full.
• Later renewals: cancelling stops future charges. The month you are currently paying for runs to its end and is not refunded by default.
• If we got it wrong: if the service was not delivered, was materially not as described, or was billed in error, we refund it. Tell us and we will fix it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Delivery

The service is delivered digitally. A subscribed site is live and reachable at its address for as long as the subscription is active. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return. Where we send printed mail, that mail is free and is not a purchase.

Taking a sample site down

If we built a sample site for your business and you never asked us to, you do not need this policy at all. Use the removal link on the page. It is free, needs no account, and we act on it.
